SUBSTITUTES OF FORTNITE

Fortnite is a classic game of battle royale, a game where players are spawned into an island through a flying bus. Players can drop anywhere in the island and just have to be the last man standing to win the game. The game allows us to play solo, duo or in a squad of 4. The game recently has added 2 more modes to it as well, which are Fortnite Creative, and Fortnite: Save the world.
Fortnite creative is a mode where players are given complete freedom to spawn anything on the island and play accordingly from race courses to platforming challenges and more.
Fortnite: Save the world is a mode where players in a group of 4 co-operate in accomplishing various objective. It’s a mode where it is the players versus the environment. The players take the role of commanders of home base shelters, collecting resources, saving survivors, and defending equipment that help to either collect data on the storm or to push back the storm.
Now, Fortnite isn’t only the battle royale game which has these exciting perks but there are better and upto the same level games as well. If you’re bored enough in lockdown already with Fortnite, Here are 10 more recommendations for you to play with the same genre of gaming.

10.Fallout 76:- Bethesda has been improving itself a lot more than expected and Fallout 76 is the proof for it. Called Nuclear Winter, A place where 50+ players fight for the title of the Overseer of the vault and there's a valid reward at the end of it. Look out for the usual AI enemies in Fallout games, you can fall victim to a mutant beast alongside another player.

09. Totally Accurate Backgrounds :-
Tired of playing with the seriousness of Fortnite, just want something lighter and sillier with the same genre in it. This game is the best choice for you. Totally accurate Backgrounds is a parody created of all the battle royale games. The slapstick tactical battler features weird, floppy characters that run like they're made of jelly, which means there's a lot of falling down and generally worming around. A great game for the humour and the passion of winning it.

08. Realm Royale:-
Realm Royale is the baby version of the game Fortnite. With a new name of Paladins Island: Battle Royale. Paladins features the same comic like characters like in Fortnite, but with a twist of choosing from any 5 characters you would want to play with. They have their own personal skills developed. If you get knocked down, you aren't left crawling around on the ground begging for a revive. Instead, you turn into a chicken. A white-flag waving chicken that is capable of running right out of a fight and to safety, where, if you survive long enough, you'll be able to carry on in the match. That certainly puts a new spin on the Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner concept.

07. Surviv.io :- Surviv.io is the browser version of a battle royale game, similar to PUBG, it is extremely responsive and addictive, typically available on every browser, it’s a good time consuming game for not a serious one.

08. The Darwin Project :- Darwin project is a fight for survival game but here, you have to fight with the players and also the frozen world. It’s a spawned frozen world where you have to track players footprints, find clues that point to players location and use the map occasionally to see where they are hiding. It is a good game to utilise your game tactics and plan accordingly

07. Rules Of Survival :- Before the gaming revelations of Battle Royale were released, this was the go to game for rules of survival. With real life like objects and arsenal to play with, unlike Fortnite it feels like you’re in a real battlefield and where you have to fight your way out.

06. H1Z1 :- Ever beard of the movie, Madmax? Yes, you guessed it right. A madmax battle royale game where 30 teams consisting of 4 players each, a player driving the car and the other 3 players taking out every other team. It’s like a madmax battle royale game! Fun to play with the seriousness of it.

05. Ring Of Elysium :- The perfect prototype to the two gaming giants PUBG and Fortnite, with the serious FPS of PUBG with the silly touch of Fortnite, its the best go to game if you’re done with the limitations of both the games. Not only does it have a seriously amazing character creation engine (seriously, I could tweak those dials all day), but it's also an incredibly solid battle royale game, that'll have you running from the ash storm on your BMX across Europa or aboard a skimobile on Dione.

04. PlayerUnknown’s BattleGrounds :-
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds aka PUBG, was the king of the Battle Royale genre. It has the same 99 v 1 gameplay, but it’s much more serious, realistic than Fortnite, more to something like Call of Duty. PUBG has four maps to play - Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, and Vikendi - all of which are much larger than the Fortnite map, to the point you actually need to use vehicles to get around and stay alive.

03. Apex Legends :- Characters are as distinct as they get, with one that can call in an artillery strike and another that can send out a drone to heal allies. You play in groups of three, so there’s always someone to watch your back - but you don’t have to stick together if you don’t want to. It’s the perfect prototype created for PUBG and Call of duty!

02. Call Of Duty (Blackout) :- Blackout is the first time Call of Duty that has had battle royale, and it's part of the Black ops 4. It's the same last-player-standing concept most of the entries in this list provide, but as expected with Call of Duty, the gunplay is absolutely stellar. Blackout's map also features numerous  locations and you can play as some fan favourite character.

01. Call Of Duty (Warzone) :- This 150-player battle royale is based on Modern Warfare's multiplayer with added effects and skills. Killstreaks can be bought, players can 1v1 in a small cage match to respawn in the game, and you can even get your multiplayer loadout via an airdrop. Call of Duty also provide full crossplay, so you can play with your freidns and family no matter what platform they're on.
